Um dies zu vermeiden setzen wir auf den nach oben verlegten Lagerpunkt eine Umlenkrolle, die den Auflagepunkt der Kette versetzt und somit einen Pedalrückschlag beim Einfedern fast völlig verhindert. Zudem verbessert sich durch den hohen Drehpunkt die Radhebekurve, was das Fahrwerk spürbar sensibler macht. The Bosch motor has quite a small chainring. In order to avoid this, we placed a pulley wheel very close to the raised pivot point, which shifts the chain’s support point, preventing pedal kickback during compression almost entirely. Loading and locking the XDURO’s battery is straightforward and easy. XDURO SPROCKET / CHAINGUARD Jedes XDURO verfügt über ein speziell für diese Baureihe von Haibike entwickeltes Antriebsritzel, das aus Stahl, Edelstahl oder Titan CNC-gefräst wird. Durch die spezielle Formgebung der Zähne wird eine hundertprozentige Auflage und Führung der Kettenglieder und somit eine hohe Lebensdauer garantiert. Zusammen mit dem integrierten Kettenführungsring am Sprocket und dem Chainguard am Pulley Wheel wird ein Kettenabwurf völlig ausgeschlossen. The XDURO’s drive sprocket was specifically developed by Haibike for this line and is CNC-milled from high-strength stainless steel. The unique shape of the sprocket’s teeth ensures that the rollers mesh perfectly with the sprocket, prolonging life of the whole drivetrain. The combination of the integrated chain guideringonthesprocketandthechainguardonthepulleywheel makes it virtually impossible for the chain to come off.
